Script management
Most of the administrator area features are found also in the owner area. The admin area allows the administrator to access a large number of options related to system setup: additional services, taxes, the default calendar, featured properties, payment processors , display style and design schemes, currencies, email settings and a lot of other options.
System settings & utilities
- General system settings - Modify options related to the system setup: display style, design schemes, default currency, default language and others.
- Database backup - Save/Restore properties backup.
- Custom links & CMS - Define frontend menu links and custom html pages for the script.
- System cronjobs - Activate cronjobs for different features of the script like newsletters, emails and payment reminders.
- Activity log - Shows the last activities operated on the system (emails sent, modified properties, logged users).
- Cleanup database - Delete reservations older/newer than a selected date.
- Ban Ip's - Restrict access for unwanted IP's.
- Change password - Change admin password.
Properties information
- Define languages - Select the languages used for displaying information on the site.
- Currencies - Define multiple currencies.
- Taxes - Define taxes.
- Payment methods - Use 19 different payment processors to receive money for deposit or full payments.
- Countries & Regions - define the locations to be used on the Add / Modify property form.
- FAQ - Add a set of questions and answers for each property.
- Property types - Define different property types (cottage, house, apartment, etc.).
- Additional description fields - Extend the description of the property by using your own description fields.
- Additional services - Add additional paid services to your booking form.
- Additional amenities - Extend the description of the property using additional amenities icons.
- Calendar options - Select between two types of booking calendars.
- Custom fields reservation form - Add custom fields to the booking reservation form.
- Search fields order - Select the order of the search fields displayed on the frontend.
- Property wizard configuration - Create your own `add property` page.
- Compare criterion - Select different fields used for the property comparision page.
